Abstract: 自甘肃地区采摘的冬虫夏草子座和内核菌上经组织分离得到冬虫夏草菌,经形态学鉴定为中国被毛孢,利用该菌株进行液体发酵.结果表明:温度18℃、溶氧量160 r/min、接种量10%、pH自然;优化配方为:葡萄糖30 g/L、蚕蛹粉20 g/L、KH2PO4 1.0 g/L、MgSO4·7H2O 0.9 g/L,2 g/L(NH4)2SO4+0.1 g/L VB1,发酵8天可得菌丝体产率为17.36 g/L.
