Abstract: 引导社会资本进入医疗市场,对公立医院进行改革,是改变目前我国医疗服务行业内部竞争力缺乏、公立医院经营绩效低下局面的一个捷径.在国家有关政策扶植下,大量社会资本涌入医疗领域,我国社会资本办医机构发展迅猛,但是现实中又存在多种制约其进一步发展的因素.文章对此进行了探讨,提出了意见及建议.
