Abstract: With the cognitive theory,the influencing factors of teachers are firstly analyzed.Then,in order to im-prove the teaching activities to form harmonious teaching atmosphere,effective strategies of regulating teachers emo-tions are discussed from two aspects,namely,the teachers'self-regulating and external macro-control.
