Abstract: After the holding of the Third Plenary of the eighteenth Session of Communist Party of China, complying with the relevant requirements of the school committees, the author reviews and examines the students' ideological education work over the past period of time carefully. At the same time, on the stan-dard of practice, the author affirms the successful practice, summarizes some work experience, and founds the gaps and deficiencies. By revolving the old issue of students' ideological education work, trying for in-novation on thought, content, and method, the main focus of this paper is to try to answer how to liberate thinking and understanding from the bound of outdated concepts, practices, and system. From the wrong understanding and dogmatic understanding of Marxism's, and from the Shackles of Subjectivism and meta-physics, and it tries to combine the carrying forward the revolutionary traditions and creating new experi-ences to promote science and consciousness of students' ideological education work, and to create a new situation of students'ideological education work.
