Experience with Anti-infective Treatment for One Patient with Trauma and Plasma Cell Mastitis

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for clinical pharmacist in treating patient with plasma cell mastitis.METHODS: Clinical pharmacist was involved in the treatment of one patient with trauma and plasma cell mastitis by providing physicians with medication information,analyzing the drug use and monitoring patient’s medication process.RESULTS: Clinical pharmacist’involvement in the treatment of clinical intractable case gained positive affirmation and which resulted in no occurrence of adverse drug reactions during the treatment process. CONCLUSIONS: Clinical pharmacist’involvement in the treatment of clinical intractable case is conducive to rational use of dugs and patient’s medication safety.
