Abstract: Through using the method of literature review,interview,observation at site,testing,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,combining with experiment,this paper makes intervention approaches on student’s health from school,community and family. The testing result is obtained after six months. The results showed: Students spirometry test before the intervention classes and control classes of 50 meters,standing long jump and other indicators P > 0. 05 no significant difference. After the intervention,the experimental group of boys the quality index value < 0. 05,of which 1000 meters,causing the student body weight up and improve the most. Compared with the experimental group of boys,the index value in the experimental group of girls ran experiments except 50 meters p < 0. 01,significant difference. It can be seen: through school,family,community " trinity" of forces,joint intervention in adolescent physical health is better. Combined with the experience and early intervention measures in Liping No. 1 middle school,a construct trinity adolescent physical health education intervention approaches,and provide the necessary technical support to enhance youth physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
