Abstract: Yingshou Reservoir i is located in southeastern mountains of n Fushun County ,is a medium-sized water conservancy project in the ancient city River of.In this paper ,the status as well as the distribution of reservoir engineering enterprises downstream residents from flood control ,escape plans countermeasures ar-range insurance on two aspects were discussed and analyzed ,elaborated key aspects rush to escape dangerous work arrangements to control,for scientific and rational manner reservoir flood control operation,safe and or-derly response to danger and provide technical support.
