Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, China's economy is faced with a key period of structural adjust-ment and the market competition is also increasingly fierce. To achieve a long-term development and integrate into the world, it is important for an enterprise to possess an excellent cadre man-agement team, as a cadre management team with rigid thoughts and obsolete knowledge can no longer meet the demands of the current situation, and an enterprise with such a team is un-promising. A routine continuing education and training of cadres is the basic guarantee to vitalize an enterprise and help it survive for a long time. The university is the main force for the continuing education and training of cadres, which is a systematic project in which each procedure and link must be scientifically planned and carefully implemented to ensure its success and make it reach the expected effect.
