Abstract: Based on the cross-section data of cultural industries in the year of 2000 and 2009, this paper measures regional disparity of Chinese cultural industries by Theil index, applies Grey correlative analysis to analyze the influencing factors of the regional disparity. The results show that: the regional disparity of Chinese cultural industries is obvious, but it is convergent, the principal reasons of the regional disparity are the difference among each district and the difference within east china cultural district;affected by the policy direction and economic development, the main factors of the regional disparity are quite different during different periods; the disparity of regional culture is a important background of the regional disparity.
