Abstract: Objective:To summary the diagnosis and treatment experience of patients with acute alcohol poisoning caused by transition drinking,in order to provide scientific basis for taking emergency measures,lifting the life danger,more reasonable emergency measures in clinical department of internal medicine treatment.Methods:50 cases with acute alcohol poisoning were selected from November 2012 to December 2013.We analyzed the conditions of them.All cases were excessive drinking by detected the alcohol content of them.They were given emetic,gastric lavage awaking,rehydration,protecting stomach,diuretic therapy according to the condition of order and priority degree.The therapy in emergency internal medicine to help patients remove the life danger.Results:In 50 cases of patients,the nerve function recovery in 7 hours.There were no sequelae effect and discharged after 1~3 days observation.Conclusion:The correct nursing measures can avoid life danger for patients recovery.
