Abstract: Parking problem has become a bottleneck in restricting the development of city. In order to provide basis for parking lot construction and effectively solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of parking facilities at the same time, the article is based on the parking generation rate model,and creates sub time land use construction model by classifying the type of land use in detail and dividing parking slots precisely. Then, this model is applied into the actual project to prove its feasibility and practicability in contrast with motor vehicle OD prediction method. The result shows that this mode is of great importance to the sustainable development of urban traffic.
