Abstract: Air pollution by haze is becoming more and more serious.It not only influences tourism activities,but also changes tourism basic theory.The concept of tourism repellents may come out.Polluted tourism regions are divided and ranked.It generates the phenomenon of different tourism years after deducting haze days,and leads to pull-repel model.It furthermore prompts that tourism world is composed of benefit,factor and enemy rather than man,thing and object.Based on the change on tourism cognition,this paper makes some theoretical explorations and proposes the concept of self-reflection of residence society,tourism gazing of retrospecting lives and factor updating.Finally,it considers that escape,restriction and supervision are three functions of top-level design by tourism,and the balance of tourists escape motivation and restriction from residence society results in the tourism supervision function on residence society.
