Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of ultrasound guided anhydrous alcohol intervention in the treatment of ovarian cyst torsion. Methods: 35 cases of patients with ovarian cyst torsion were treated with ultrasound guided anhydrous alcohol intervention, and their conditions were counterchecked via color ultrasound respectively after 3 days, 1 month, 3 months and 6months; Meanwhile, their treatment effects were followed up. Results: 33 cases of patients with ovarian cyst torsion achieved remarkable curative effect after ultrasound guided anhydrous alcohol intervention, the other 2 cases were treated with operation and there were no serious complications; 24 cases of cysts disappeared, cyst size of 9 cases of presents smaller(≤1/3) than before operation, and the total effective rate was 94.29%(33/35). Conclusions: The clinical effect of ultrasound guided anhydrous alcohol intervention in the treatment of ovarian cyst torsion is better and the wound is small, which presents an effective method in the treatment of ovarian cyst torsion.
