Abstract: In view of the current situation that the switch control circuit is not equipped with surge protective device, this paper puts forward in detail the conception and implementation of additional surge protective Devices, and the adoption of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) to analyze the influence of installing the devices on the existing control circuit. Analysis shows that the scheme can greatly improve the lightning protection capability of the existing control circuit without any hidden trouble.
