Abstract: 针对当前社会的公共实训基地普遍遭遇使用率不高的困境,提炼了多年领导和参与建设各种实训基地的经验,提出了实训平台建设模式、训练工位要精算“两数”(级数、基数)、服务外包要紧扣“两率”(使用率、完好率)等破解之策,对社会的公共实训基地和职业院校的实训基地的建设和运管都能提高建设质量和提高投资效益,具有积极的实用意义和较高的借鉴价值.
