Abstract: For dairy production enterprise,the quality of fresh milk will directly influence on manufactured goods.If the pure milk would be artificially mixed with water or other things,companies are forced to add additional production process and the cost. As the freezing point of milk is a relatively stable physical quantity,the change of the freezing point of milk is very clear whether the milk fresh is watered or doped. It uses the general international method of freezing method to detect the absolute moisture content of milk fresh. By detecting the change of milk fresh’s freezing point value,we can determine the watered milk samples,so as to better control the quality of milk products.
