Abstract: The laboratory screening test of nine fungicides against watermelon fusarium wilt was carried out by using growth rate method. The results showed that, among the seven chemical fungicides, difenoconazole·azoxystrobin suspension concentrate (SC) had the best antifungal effect with the EC50 value of 1.361 05 mg/L, and difenoconazole water dispersible granule and iprodione wettable powder (WP) showed better antifungal effect with their EC50 values of 3.846 54 mg/L and 4.893 36 mg/L respectively. The two biological fungicides, WP and fine granule (FG) had better indoor antifungal effect, and WP was better than FG.
