Abstract: Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) has witnessed a tremendous growth in the past decade, as a new means of HCI, eye tracking technology has been more and more popular, some company have already released eye tracking system, but most of them are expensive, invasive and not user-friendly. This paper implements a simple eye tracking system based on the desktop, its hardware structure is simple, and no direct contact with people, uses the iris center coordinates to estimate the user's gaze. The experiments show that when the distance error is less than 40 pixels, the method used to calculate the human eye gaze has an accuracy of more than 80%.
