Probing into Matching the Cot Compact Spinning and Siro-compact Spinning

Abstract: In order to stabilize the quality of Compact spinning and Siro-compact Spinning and to prolong the service life of the cot,analysis is done to the cause of the cot damage.A solution is found as to exchanging cots of compact spinning and siro-compact spinning,the front top cot and the control cot for quality control.It is pointed out that cots of compact spinning and siro-compact spinning will produce indentation after 30 days service.However,when the cots with indentation are exchanged the spinning performance will be better than the new products.On the same frame,indentation on the exchanged cots will disappear 10 days later.It proves that the solution works,consequently spinning quality is assured and service life of cots prolonged.
