Abstract: In order to find the genesis of the mech-wave of the roller instantly for higher mass quality of drawn sliver,a testing system based on the encoder for the roller synchronization on the drawing frame is introduced with the virtual testing technology.The system can plot the curves of the roller synchronization and the draft multiply in the stages including start-up,immobilization,and the normal production.It proves that the testing system is of low cost,reliable and precise testing,anti-interference,good generality,consequently a good testing and analysis of the mech-wave of the drawing frame.
