Application of the Unconventionality Management System in the Production of the Small-or-medium-sized Enterprises

Abstract: As to the problems with the small- or-medium-sized enterprises such as the failure to get feed-back and solution to the unconventionality in the production due to some uncertainties,worsted of all,the difficulty of the controlling the production efficiency and the delivery date,an unconventionality management system is introduced based on the practice of the AIP company,which functions as real time data collection,instant analysis,trend preestimation,the general rogatory information system.Production practice proves that the system is of much help in supporting the small-or-medium-sized enterprises with the instant and efficient control of the unconventionality in production based with criterion and standardization and information,consequently with good economy profit thanks to the management and capability to meet emergency of cotton enterprises.
