Contactless Wireless Energy Transfer Technology Applied to Tail-Free Household Appliances

Abstract: Based on the principle of magnetic resonance, tail-free household appliances can be obtained by using the energy transmission of the flat magnetic with a core to avoid security risks brought by the charging means of plug-in. The wireless energy transfer system associated with this paper is based on the structure of a primary winding with a magnetic core and a secondary winding without a magnetic core. A high power and high transfer efficiency in the wireless charging process and a reduced secondary in the dimension, volume and weight are achieved by using the system. Firstly, a magnetic coupling resonant model is established and the resonant parameters are optimized. Then a distribution curve of a coupling coefficient is obtained via the simulation. Finally, a wireless transfer distance of 60 millimeter to 150 millimeter, an output power of 700 W, and transfer efficiency of up to 84.5% are achieved via the establishment of a hardware experimental platform.
