Abstract: Autonomous larning has aroused wide concern in the education field in the West and in China. It is of great significance to conduct studies on the cultivation of autonomous larning ability in College English learning, so as to improve learners’ learning strategies, enhance the learning effect, and upgtade the college students’ English. The feasibility and effectiveness of the cultivation of autonomous larning ability in College English learning have been proved through experiments.
