The Commercial Application of RSDS-Ⅲ Technology for Selective Hydrogenation of Catalytic Gasoline

Abstract: The article introduced the commercial application of RSDS-Ⅲ technology developed by RIPP for selective hydrogenation of catalytic gasoline in Refinery of Shengli Oil field Co., Ltd. The application results show that sulphur content of catalytic gasoline was reduced from 1200 μg/g to less than 50μg/g, adopting this technology. And the octane number loss less than 2 units. The refined gasoline reached National IV standard. The gasoline hydrogenation unit runs smoothly with acceptable quality up to now, achieving the goal of Shengli Oil field Refinery gasoline quality upgrade, laying the foundation for the next step to upgrade National V standard.
