In recent years the rapid development of the nerve cells of electrophysiological techniques mainly include two types: patch clamp recording technique(PCRT)and multichannel microelectrode array neural signals in the body(M-NEMEA). This paper introduces the origin, development of the two techniques, technical characteristics, and in the research and application of optic nerve cells as well as analysis and discussion on the problems to be solved and the future development direction of nerve cell electrophysiology technology research and application in visual cortex.
