Abstract: Vocational burnout is a kind of occupational mental illness.It is easily occurred among college teachers due to unique factors from society,organization,individual and work and has brought adverse effects to teachers,students and teaching.The stronger the self-efficacy is,the weaker ones vocational burnout will be.Therefore,cultivating self-efficacy by continuing education is an effective way to relieve teachersvocational burnout.And effective design for continuing education should include the goal,content,method,evaluation and guarantee mechanism of continuing education.Only in this way can we arouse teachersenthusiasm better,and enhance their interest in their job.
