Abstract: In this paper,the 20mT beam with prestressed wire and polymer mortar is adopted for the construction,because the T beam camber,lead to clearance of wire rope and the bottom of beam is too large,resulting in the polymer mortar protection layer thickness exceeds the design requirements;the nor-mal traffic during the construction of vehicles,resulting in wire rope has applied prestressing produced ob-vious vibration,influence the formation of early strength of polymer mortar,destruction of the polymer mor-tar and steel wire rope and the original concrete surface bonding effect.This raised the pressure plate and clamping scheme,good results have been achieved through field test,to provide the reference for the simi-lar engineering construction.
