Abstract: This paper describes the application of 800xA control system in the production of cold-rolled annealing and pickling line, analyzes the production line process, focuses on describing the configuration and communication functions of the control system, and explains the inverter control, remote I/O control and extension function. The line has been put into production, and the system is stable, functional and easy to expand, and has a complete monitoring and alarm system, which can fully meet the requirements of the production process and improve the production efficiency and economic benefits.
