Abstract: This paper introduces the frequent faults in the operation process of air separation plant, analyzes the causes of faults, puts forward corresponding solutions and measures, and proposes the targeted suggestions to the device's daily operation, thus prolonging the operation cycle of the equipment, reducing the equipment maintenance and bringing the significant benefit for enterprises.
