Abstract: Yunnan Maguan Datian tin polymetallic mine is located in Maguan County which is China's major tin-tungsten mineral. The paper mainly studied the metallogenic mechanism, stratigraphy, tectonics, magmatism and metamorphism, and found that the Tianpeng formation provided a better physical-chemical environment for mineralization enrichment, the Magmatic and hydrothermal activity in Yanshan period was the major factor for mineralization, interlayer stripping structure was the important space for mineralization and the district had a good prospecting.
