Abstract: Based on the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2012 , this paper uses super efficiency DEA window analysis method to calculate the green economic efficiency in Henan , Guangdong and Hubei , and analyzes the influence factors of regional green economic efficiency through the establishment of synthetic degree of grey incidence model .The results show that green economic efficiency of Henan Province presents the evolution trend of slow decline ;green economic effi-ciency of Guangdong Province has been at the leading level in three provinces in the study , and presents “L” shape evo-lution trend;green economic efficiency of Hubei Province presents fluctuant evolution trend ;the most influence factor to the green economic efficiency of Henan , Guangdong and Hubei is urbanization , industrial transfer and government regu-lation, respectively.
