Abstract: 目的通过异氟醚对甲醛诱发的脊髓还原性烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸黄递酶(NADPH-d)阳性神经元表达的影响来探讨其作用部位,为进一步研究异氟醚的作用机制提供形态学依据.方法大鼠足底皮下注射5%甲醛100μl,应用NADPH-d组织化学技术显示脊髓背角NOS阳性神经元.结果①大鼠左后足底甲醛注射后表现为明显的舔、咬、抬高注射爪等痛行为,注射后立即给予异氟醚可明显抑制甲醛所致的痛行为;②大鼠足底注射甲醛刺激侧脊髓背角Ⅰ~Ⅱ层出现较多的NADPH-d阳性神经元,在Ⅰ~Ⅱ层的NADPH-d阳性神经元增加了187%;注射甲醛之后给予异氟醚,可减少NADPH-d阳性神经元的表达.结论异氟醚可抑制甲醛在脊髓背角浅层诱发的NADPH-d阳性神经元的表达,表明异氟醚可能通过抑制NO的生成而参与了影响脊髓伤害性信息的传导.
