Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the application effect of different doses of allisartan isoproxil in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.Methods:This study adopted double blind,randomized,positive drug control design method.200 cases with mild to moderate hypertension were selected from January 2013 to August 2014.After 2 weeks of placebo,the patients were randomly divided into 4 groups.50 cases were 80 mg allisartan isoproxil group.50 cases were 160 mg group.50 cases were 240 mg group(the experimental group) and 50 cases were 50 mg telmisartan group(the control group).In the experimental process of the two groups,the cases took 4 tablets each time,1 time one day,oral,a total of 8 weeks.Results:After 8 weeks of oral drug,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of patients in the 4 groups were significantly decreased.Through the comparison,the dose of allisartan isoproxil was increased,and the absolute value of blood pressure decline was increased,but there was no clear dose-effect relationship.Conclusion:Allisartan isoproxil can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients with mild to moderate hypertension.The absolute value of blood pressure decline increases with the increasing doses of allisartan isoproxil,but there is no clear dose-effect relationship.
