Abstract: 目的探讨分层次个性化带教对年轻护士的效果。方法选取2009年6月—2011年6月在儿科工作的年轻护士60名,将其随机分为对照组(常规带教)和观察组(分层次个性化带教)各30名。结果带教后观察组的理论及实践考核评分、工作积极性、问题处理和沟通能力均优于对照组。结论对年轻护士实施分层次个性化带教能有效提高年轻护士的理论和实践水平、处理问题和沟通能力。
