Abstract: For the modern teaching system,teaching purpose is not only to improve the students' moral culture,but also improve the level of students’physical quality,so winter sports teaching is an important part of the current teaching system. The quality of PE teachers,students' attitude,sports equipment,teaching methods are the main factors which influence the winter sports teaching quality, evaluation guide laws,inside and outside rules,growth differences and individual differences,skill law and so on are the laws which winter sports teaching should follow,is the foundation to improve the teaching quality of winter sports. The innovation teaching method,emotion teaching,the development of curriculum resources is the main way to improve the teaching quality of physical education.
