Abstract:
超声波电源是超声波焊接的关键设备,其频率跟踪速度、功率调节性能和输出振幅稳定性等直接影响金属的焊接质量.针对模拟锁相式金属用超声焊接电源频率跟踪速度慢、负载突变时易失锁等缺点,研制出一种基于PI-DDS控制的精密金属用超声波焊接电源.实验结果表明,所设计的金属用超声波焊接电源能实现对换能器谐振频率的毫秒级自动跟踪,频率周期分辨率高达0.1 Hz.同时移相调功方式能使电源在0~1.5 kW内实现输出功率的连续可调,可用于小型有色金属薄件的焊接.
