Abstract: With the continuous development of social productive forces and the arrival of the knowl-edge economy ,the social division of labor and cooperative relationship is more and more complex ,close and the role of management is gradually outstanding .Now the society is a society of Information tech-nology ,and enrollment information management will be imperative .For enrollment management ,the Ministry of Education established the “subsystem of online enrollment system” for the common college entrance examination work .Combined with the system ,this paper makes a design and elaboration of the construction of the information platform of art colleges according to the enrollment characteristics of art colleges .
