Abstract: School-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the development of vocational education .Based on different de-sires of the leaders,the leaders of both schools and enterprises are divided into filled type ,interests type and long-term type. Meanwhile ,the paper analyzes the game analysis of school-enterprise cooperation among the three leader types ,obtaining the game results,and finally illustrates the actual use with cases between the relationship games ,which has certain guiding sig-nificance for the long-term study of school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms .
