Abstract: 目的探讨 OX- LDL和 VitE对人脐静脉内皮细胞表达 CD40和 CD40L的影响.方法应用流式细胞技术检测细胞表面 CD40和 CD40L表达水平.结果低浓度 OX- LDL(<200μ g/L)可使内皮细胞表达 CD40和 CD40L含量明显增加,具有浓度和时间依赖效应.高浓度(>200μ g/L)OX- LDL刺激时,CD40和 CD40L表达明显下降.抗氧化剂 VitE呈剂量依赖性部分逆转 OX- LDL对内皮细胞表达 CD40和 CD40L. 结论 OX- LDL刺激内皮细胞高表达 CD40和 CD40L可能是其致动脉粥样硬化的重要机制.
