Abstract: This paper analyzes the fluctuation trend of China's import and export trade gross from macro factors and structure factors. By using stepwise regression in the macro aspect, the conclusion shows that the fluctuations of China's import and export trade gross from 1985 to 2009 mainly depends on the fluctuation of GDP and the actual utilization of foreign capital. In terms of the structure factor, a conclusion was made that the import and export gross of machinery and transport equipment affects the import and export trade gross with dynamic analysis.
