Abstract: According to actual conditions of production process flow and material flow,Wugang designs and estab-lishes a complete materials remote centralized metering management system with various functions of remote centralized metering,monitoring,management for truck scale,rail weighbridge,stationary platform scale,automatic acquisition, car number automatic identification,data sharing and remote weighing for railway transport information,which achieves the data exchange and seamless integration between metering system and purchase settlement system,satisfying the ma-terials metering requirements of centralization,high efficiency and accuracy.
