Abstract: The base exchange axioms of elementary section fuzzy matroids and closed regular fuzzy matroids have been introduced ,some properties of elementary fuzzy matroid and closed regular fuzzy matroid stud-ied ,characteristic theorems of base axioms of elementary fuzzy matroids and closed regular fuzzy matroids presented ,and the relation of closed regular fuzzy matroid and their cut matroid given .
