Research on precipitation and phreatic evaporation intensity in Ardos basin

Abstract: This paper chooses the aeration zone water in Ardos basin as the main study object .Base on the lithology character investigation in this area , an in-situ test ground have been built , and the most representative lithologic structure have been chosen as the object zone in this test . Through the test , the unsaturated soil water flow was revealed , and the main influence on rainfall infiltration and phreatic evaporation intensity are analyzed . Using the numerical method , a numerical simulation model of water movement was established in research area , and with which the rainfall infiltration and phreatic evaporation intensity ware calculated in order to study the law of soil water flow in varies condition . The main influence factors of rainfall recharge are precipitation , the groundwater depth , and the lithology characteristics of the unsaturated zone . It also can provide a scientific guide for the evaluation and protection of groundwater resources in this area .
