Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effects of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with pantoprazole capsule and mosapride citrate on non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (NERD).Methods Totally 184 patients from June 2011 to June 2013 were confirmed with NERD and randomly divided into experiment group (n =92)and control group (n =92).Control group had pantoprazole capsule(40 mg/time/day,oral administration) combined with mosapride citrate (5 mg/time,3 timesdaily, oral administration) ; the experimental group had flupentixol and melitracen tablets. The curative effect and three kinds of symptom integral situation of two groups were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn and chest pain in two groups were improved (P < 0.05) ; the experiment group(0.26 ± 1.01,0,0) were superior to the control group (0.95 ± 1.25,0.72 ± 0.98,0.85 ± 0.54) (P < 0.05).The effective rate was significantly higher in experiment group(89 cases of effective) than in the control group(80 cases of effective).NERD patients clinical effective rate was 96.7% (n =89),while the control group after treatment the clinical effective rate was 87.0% (n =80) ; the results of two groups had statistically significant difference (x2 =5.879,P < 0.05).The recurrence rates(14 cases,15.2%) in the experimental group were significantly lower than in the control group (32 cases,34.8%) (x2 =9.391,P < 0.05).Conclusions The NERD is associated with many factors. The effective rate is significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group; combination therapy can improve efficacy and reduce recurrence rate.
