Abstract: Organizational life is an important system in which the Party organization implements the education, management and supervision of Party members, and promotes Party members to play an exemplary role and enhance the fighting force of grass-roots organizations. There are many problems in the present uni-versity Party branch life, but they can be addressed through in-novative mechanisms. Based on the actual work of student Party construction in the Textile College, this paper summarized the models of college Party branch life, explored the principles, rules, characteristics, situations, contents and effects of student Party branch life in the new situation. Through researching and explor-ing the pairing model, this paper implemented a deep tracking, research and evaluation on the effect of the model in Party branch life. Besides, we should also promote student Party branch life to precisely find its subject, carry out colorful and positive organiza-tional activities, so as to form effective features of organizational life.
