Abstract: The paper argues that the cultivation of skill-centered ability for secondary vocational school students will go through the whole secondary vocational education to foster secondary level of talents as technicians. Xinjiang Commerce and Economic School takes students’vocational quality and ability as their core target, putting emphasis on improving stu-dents’practical skills, which forms its own unique character.
