Abstract: The object for the least total cost was studied about the optimal replacing cycle that minimizes the total cost. A dynamic programming model for spinpacks cyclic replacing was built and the solution to the above model was implemented by using MATLAB7.0. The experimental results show that this algorithm outperforms previous methods and illustrates its effectiveness and feasibility.
