Abstract: Objective To explore the etiology causes of bacteria food poisoning. Methods Collect restaurant surplus food, kitchen utensils and surface swabs of patients with diarrhea, vomit and anal swab samples to identify and conduct pathogenic analysis,to identify strains by biochemical typing methods and BD Phoenix TM-100 automatic bacteria identification system, drug sensitivity tested by K- B method. Results There were 3species of Aeromonas detected from all samples: Aeromonas sobria,Aeromonas hydrophila and Aeromonas caviae respectively, the drug sensitivity results are as follows: Aeromonas hydrophila resistant to ampicillin,Cefmetazole and penicillin, and sensitive to the other antibiotics; Aeromonas caviae resistant to ampicillin, oxacillin and sensitive to the other antibiotics; Aeromonas sobria resistance to tetracycline, ampicillin and sensitive to the other antibiotics. Conclusions This is a rare bacterial food poisoning caused by 3 kinds of Aeromonas mixed infection. It is recommend to put the Aeromonas as conventional pathogens diarrhea for intestinal infectious diarrhea,so as to avoid leak detection, bring difficulty to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
