Abstract: Diverse and comprehensive evaluation of classroom teaching quality is closely related to the improvement of teaching quality.This evaluation comprises teaching quality of teachers,courseware quality,satisfaction and learning status of students,teaching environment,etc.Feedback on classroom teaching includes the inspectors' feedback on teaching quality,students' learning and teaching environment and students' feedback on teaching effects.In this study,the effect of this model was confirmed by data analyzing of 100 times classroom observation.It is concluded that diverse and comprehensive evaluation and feedback,as an effective tool to improve teaching quality,is accurate and comprehensive.
