Abstract: Specialized teachers’continuing education against the background of teachers professionalization is being a subject of academic concern to raise the training efficiency. Thispaper investigated the current status of high school teachers continuing education in Zhejiang Province, therefore suggesting a workable strategy in the perspectives of national system design, innovative management model, personalized and professionalizedcurriculum system, specialized faculty and information technology support.
